- Pat Tyson!
Pat is a coaching legend and currently is the Head XC Coach at Gonzaga
University. Coach Tyson coached Mead HS XC to 12 Team State
Championships and coached 9 individuals to State titles! Pat will speak
about - Steve Prefontaine and his legacy... "Running with Heart"
- John Jackson!
John is the head XC and Track Trainer at the UW. John will speak on
Stretching, Core Strength and injury prevention.

Ty Whitten! Retired from
competition, XC superstar and Manager of Super Jock’n Jill running store: shoe
selection and running gear.
- Mel Lawrence and Lauren Saylor!
Mel and Lauren were members of the UW Women's 2008 NCAA National
Championship XC Team. They will share insights from this memorable season. Some experts
say that this may be the finest women's collegiate XC team ever.
- Emily Edison! Emily is
the nutritionist for the UW XC and Track Team. Emily has her own company
called Momentum Sports.
- David McCary! David
runs XC at UW and has built up many frequent flyer miles traveling to Kenya.
Dave will share his Kenyan insights.
