Typical daily schedule
7:00am   up and out of bed for super fun morning run and great group stretch
8:00am   boss breakfast
9:00am   stimulating morning lecture by knowledgeable speaker
10:30am  fun scheduled group activity (volleyball, Frisbee golf, etc...)
12:30pm  excellent lunch
1:30pm   pearls of wisdom from guest
2:30pm   leisure time
4:00pm   afternoon easy run
6:00pm   fantastic dinner
6:45pm   interesting evening lecture, question and answer time
8:00pm    fun twilight activity - games, movies, etc.
10:30pm get ready for bed
11:00pm lights out.....rest, recover, dream about distance running!
