Greg racing photoGreg is in his 15th year as the Head Cross Country and fourth as Head Track Coach at the University of Washington, his alma mater. The UW Women's XC team is consistently ranked in the top ten in the nation.  In 2008 Greg led the UW Women's XC Team to their first NCAA National XC Championship!  Also incredible was the Husky Women's unprecedented sweep of the 2008 Pac 10 XC Championship Meet taking the first SIX places!  Holy Cow!  Greg has coached over 38 All-Americans and three individual NCAA Track Champions.  Greg came to the UW after one year as the cross country and assistant track coach at Auburn University. In all, Greg has guided male and female distance runners to 59 All-American honors in cross country, indoor and outdoor track, 12 PAC-10 Championships, 146 NCAA Nationals qualifiers in track and cross country, and 26 school record holders. A two-time All-American distance runner at the UW, Greg was a 1996 Olympic Trials Finalist in the 3,000m Steeplechase. He has an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University.
Brad racing photoBrad will forever be remembered for winning the Olympic Peaks lip-sync contest with a mesmerizing rendition of punk Country Roads!  Brad competed in the World Championships of Track and Field in Athens, Greece, in 1997, but his greatest accomplishment was making the 1996 US Olympic Team where he was the top United States finisher in the 10,000m. Brad also excelled in cross country as evidenced by his two US X-C Grand Prix titles, and his membership on three United States World Cross Country Teams. Brad won five All-American honors while competing for the University of Michigan. He graduated in 1991 with a BA in Communications. Brad attended Interlake High School in Bellevue, where in 1986 he won the AAA state titles in the 1600m and 3200m, with times of 4:09 and 8:58, respectively.  Brad is now in his 11th year coaching Cross Country and Track at Interlake.
